Mourning Wolfgang Krebitz

As the Drexler Formula Cup organisation learned this week, our long-standing team member Wolfgang Krebitz passed away on Tuesday (09.09.2025) in Bregenz/Vorarlberg at the age of 75 after a long and serious illness. The Drexler Formula Cup, and in particular the Franz Wöss Racing team, has lost a dedicated member of the Formula 3 family in Wolfgang Krebitz, who will be remembered as a racing driver and team member of the Schwarzenberg-based racing team. Wolfgang Krebitz started out in rallying and autocross in Austria in the early 1970s. After competing in hillclimb racing, he switched to circuit racing and was active in Formula 3 in Austria…
